Many users appreciate its versatility, particularly noting its ability to serve as a remote control and a keyboard for various devices such as KODI, Android boxes, HTPCs, and Xbox. The added feature of a 7-color backlight has also been positively mentioned, enhancing usability in dim lighting situations. However, several customers have reported significant issues that impact their overall satisfaction. A common concern revolves around the remote’s cursor functionality, with users expressing frustration over its inConsistency and unreliability. Some have noted that although the remote works for basic functions, the cursor control can be challenging and potentially unusable for certain tasks. Additionally, the non-standard keyboard layout has led to practicality issues, making typing cumbersome. Despite some positive experiences, the predominant sentiment is one of disappointment regarding functionality and stability. Several reviewers indicate that they would not recommend the product based on their experiences, highlighting a gap between expectations and reality. **
