Knightsbridge MR9000 Editorial Review
The Knightsbridge MR9000 Metal Clad 13A 2 Gang DP Switched Socket is a strong and durable surface-mounted double wall socket. It is ideal for use in a work-room, garage, store, or utility where a sturdy socket is needed. The metal casing is galvanized and built to last. The socket features push-out sections that allow cables to enter the enclosure from any direction, making installation easy. However, it should be noted that grommets are not supplied for the metal edges after the box is configured, which can be slightly annoying. Additionally, screws for wall mounting are not included. The design of the socket is straightforward and no-nonsense, typical of other Knightsbridge products. The quality is excellent, with a positive feel to the sturdy on/off switches. The internals are well-laid out, making wiring easy. Customers are generally pleased with this product, praising its good design and quality. Many found the price to be reasonable and installation to be easy. However, some customers recommend seeking professional help if unsure about installation. Overall, the Knightsbridge MR9000 Metal Clad 13A 2 Gang DP Switched Socket is a great buy for those in need of a strong and reliable double wall socket.
