The product has garnered mixed feedback from customers, highlighting a stark contrast in experiences. While some users, including grandparents purchasing for children, report satisfaction with the comfort and appeal of the nightgown, others express significant disappointment in sizing accuracy. The size discrepancies are a common theme, with many noting that the measurements provided do not correspond with the sizes received. For instance, a "youth medium" is often described as being closer to "women's medium," which can lead to confusion and sizing issues. Despite the complaints regarding size misrepresentations, customer service seems to be a strong point for this product, as several buyers noted a prompt resolution when they faced issues, including receiving replacements swiftly. The material is another aspect that has received mixed reviews, with some finding it acceptable for children’s nightwear, while others raise concerns about its quality and shrinkage properties after washing. In summary, while the nightgown may serve its purpose as a children's sleepwear option, potential buyers should be cautious regarding size expectations and material durability. **
