PACIFIC PPE IR 5.0 Welding Glasses, Wrap Around Welding Goggles, Black

The PACIFIC PPE Welding Safety Glasses have received a mix of reviews, with some customers expressing satisfaction with the fit and comfort of the glasses. One customer mentioned that they found the glasses perfect for their needs, especially for quick tack welding. However, other customers have raised concerns about the effectiveness of the lenses, with one user warning that they may not provide adequate protection and could potentially lead to eye damage. Additionally, some customers were disappointed with the color of the lenses, as they were expecting a darker shade and found the green hue to be unsuitable for driving purposes. One user even mentioned Consulting with their optician to explore tinting the lenses a different color for improved visibility. Despite these mixed reviews, the glasses have been praised for their comfort and reliability, with one user appreciating the peace of mind they provide for eye protection. However, there were also complaints from users who wear glasses, as the shades did not fit well over their existing frames, potentially leaving room for sparks to enter and cause damage to the eyes. Overall, while the PACIFIC PPE Welding Safety Glasses may work well for some users in certain situations, there are concerns regarding their effectiveness in providing adequate eye protection, especially during prolonged welding sessions. **
