Many users commend the solid build quality, noting that the crates stack easily and are equipped with an effective door latch that facilitates easy access. This durability is especially highlighted during long road trips, where the ability to secure the crate with tie-down parts adds an extra layer of security for pets. The easy-to-reverse door design without the need for tools is another plus, contributing to user-friendliness and adaptability. Many users assert that they expect this crate to last for decades, highlighting its long-term value. Customer service is another strong point, with one reviewer sharing a particularly positive experience regarding a lost key.
