It has a great variety of drills and exercises, and the author explains in detail the purpose and how to do each exercise. The exercise library contains 200+ drills that guide you as a S&C coach and give you more ideas both on the pitch and in the gym. The only downside is that the pictures are in black and white, which may be difficult for some readers. Despite this, the content and videos are great for the price.
