STOTT PILATES TV Editorial Review
STOTT PILATES Essential Matwork 3rd Edition (6 Languages) is an instructional DVD designed primarily for instructors enrolled in Stott's comprehensive training programs. Many reviewers noted that it serves effectively as a teaching tool rather than a traditional workout video, making it essential for serious students dedicated to mastering Pilates principles. While some beginners might find the pace challenging, the clear explanations and accompanying manual help in understanding the exercises deeply. Users appreciate the thoroughness of the content, emphasizing that this resource can lead to well-constructed workouts once the moves are learned, though it does require proper equipment to fully realize its benefits.
