It is perfect for home gyms and for beginners who need all the necessary equipment. With a very sturdy frame, there is no chance of it collapsing. The pulley system is smooth and supports both 1" and 2" weight plates. The j-hooks support a weight limit of 220 lbs in total or 110 lbs on each side. Though it may not be like commercial gym cages, it is an excellent choice for home gyms.
