- Hakka 7.5L/15lb manual meat mixer is designed for mixing ground meat, seasonings, water, herbs, marinades, and sausage filling by hand-crank operation. It features a tilting stainless steel tank that helps make loading ingredients and unloading finished meat mixture easier compared with a fixed-tank design. The internal mixing paddle helps distribute seasonings and liquids evenly through the meat mixture, making it suitable for preparing sausage filling, burger patties, meatballs, meatloaf, dumpling filling, and other seasoned ground meat recipes. The stainless steel tank, lid, and paddle resist rust and corrosion and are easier to rinse or wipe after use.
