MotoRad Fuel Tank Caps 10524 Editorial Review
The Stant 10524 Locking Fuel Cap is a decent product designed to keep your fuel tank secure by locking it with a key. It is a simple device that inserts into the filler neck, and once locked with the provided key, no one can tamper with your gas. It's a good deterrent for fuel theft, and some customers have reported that it worked well for them. However, there are a few problems with this product. Firstly, it is not a universal fit. Customers have reported that it didn't fit their car, even though it was advertised to do so. Secondly, some customers have reported that the cap doesn't allow air into the tank and acts like it's starving for fuel. Lastly, one customer reported having to make 5 saw cuts and sand the cap to fit it onto a 2023 Charger. Overall, the Stant 10524 Locking Fuel Cap has received mixed reviews. While it works well for some, it doesn't fit all cars, and some have reported issues with their fuel supply. However, it's a good deterrent for fuel theft and worth the investment.
