This Lava lamp has a classic design, featuring a 14.5-inch silver base lamp with yellow wax in blue liquid. The motion of the wax is dependent on the weather and a 25w bulb is recommended. However, it cannot be switched to an LED cool rated bulb. The blue liquid and yellow wax provide a beautiful green illusion. A retro clear liquid with black wax option is also available. Customer experiences have been mixed; some customers love it, while others have had issues with the functionality and overall quality of the product. One customer experienced slow-moving and strange wax formations the first two times they used the lamp, but found that it improved significantly after the third use and now loves it. Another customer was disappointed with how this lamp performed compared to other brands they have used, as the bubbles appeared to take too long to move. A third customer found that there were too many air bubbles in the wax and that they only got worse the longer the lamp was on. One customer also received a damaged lamp, likely due to the poor handling of the shipping.
