Nutritionist's Take
Kinesio Tape is primarily an athletic support product, not a food or supplement, and therefore lacks direct nutritional benefits. Nutritionists may view it positively for its role in enhancing performance and recovery in athletes by providing support and reducing injury risk. However, it doesn't offer any nutritional ingredients or health claims related to dietary needs. Potential drawbacks include improper application leading to ineffective support, and it may not be suitable for individuals with sensitive skin or allergies to adhesives. While Kinesio Tape can aid in physical stability and rehabilitation, it should be complemented with proper nutrition and hydration for optimal health. Overall, while Kinesio Tape is not a nutritional product, its use in functional health may warrant consideration in an athlete's overall wellness strategy.
Kinesio Kinesiology Recovery Tapes 0850989002232 Editorial Review
The Kinesio Pre-Cut Application Back Tape is a product that has mixed reviews from customers. Some customers found the tape to be excellent and provide them with relief from aches and pains, while others found that the tape did not stick to their skin and caused a rash. Some customers also found that the tape was too thin and did not stay in place. Customers who had Constant back pain found relief with the product, but some felt that it did not last as long as similar products like KT tape. Others felt that the product was helpful but not as great as advertised and barely covered the area in need of support. However, one customer experienced immediate relief from neck pain and discomfort caused by dysfunctional Eustachian tubes. The size of the tape was suitable for use on the neck, but some customers found removing it to be problematic due to pulling out hair. Overall, the Kinesio Pre-Cut Application Back Tape has mixed reviews from customers.
