The Dorman 594-002 Engine Harmonic Balancer is a direct replacement for your original balancer, offering the same measurements. It comes with a new key, and it should fit all Chevy 5.7 350 blocks ranging from 1988-1995, but LT1 engines may have different configurations. Unfortunately, it does not fit a 1946 Dodge car, 360 Magnum 5.9, or a 2011 Toyota Sequoia unless it has a small block Chevy engine. Customer reception: -
