This adapter is sturdy, well-made, and installs easily. However, the product description should indicate that the holes where the screws go in do not have adequate clearance for flash hot shoe connector pins. Some customers had difficulty getting their flash out and had to use a screwdriver or machine screw extractor to remove the material. This adapter has enough holes and threads to cover most needs and can be removed with a hex wrench if needed. It is a good item to have in a gadget bag or tool kit.
