MAXITROL Pressure Regulators Editorial Review
The Gas Pressure Regulator NPT, with a capacity of 125,000 BtuH, is a versatile product for different gas applications. It is suitable for natural gas and has a capacity of up to 125,000 BTUs. However, it is not suitable for use with propane only. It is important to note that for a conversion from propane to natural gas, other parts need to be changed as well, as the internal regulator on the valve and any necessary orifices. Customers have noted that for a natural gas residential setting, the input pressure is usually under 1/2 PSI but can vary depending on the area and advised to contact the local gas company to check the pressure or purchase a gas manometer for self-testing.
