    Answer: More or less the same ingredients but in different proportions. Restoring has more of the 'enamel' ingredients for people dealing with that issue.

    Answer: Well I have not tried all various mint flavor. I would image it would be different depending on what combination of chemical or plants that were used for that certain brand. As far as this Act one, I am happy with it but some other people might claim that it is tolerable. Hope this helps. Only you can decide what is right and suitable for you.

    Answer: No alcohol.
  • Question: Does this stain teeth or make them brown?

    Answer: No it does not because the active ingredient is sodium fluoride. I have found other mouthwashes that contain other main ingredients cause my teeth to stain brown; this was verified by a hygienist.
  • Question: Does it protect from plaque build up or which one is better for plaque also?

    Answer: It not only helps prevent plaque build up, it also RESTORES the enamel.
  • Question: Is this Sodium Lauryl Sulfate free?

    Answer: The second one of the images provided in the listing shows the ingredients. It does not say sodium lauryl sulfate, but it does contain several sodium compounds including sodium phosphate, sodium saccarin, and sodium benzoate. Also disodium phosphate.
